[Driver] Install Samsung Printer / Scanner Driver on OS X 13.x (e.g., Samsung SCX-4623 on OSX 13.3.1)

Old Samsung printer and scanner drivers broke with OS X 13.x.

Either you download the SamsungPrinter driver package here and install it using Pacifist here https://www.charlessoft.com
or you download the extracted drivers here:

and copy / replace them to their respective folders.
